Dress Code

Conservative and appropriate dress is expected of all Members, their families, and guests. Attire should reflect the longstanding traditions and values of Virginia Country Club.

The Grille, Garden Room, Card Room, Gentlemen’s Bar, and Main Dining Room

• Shirts must always remain tucked while in the Clubhouse.
• Hats must be worn with the bill forward and removed while inside the Clubhouse.
• Ladies are permitted to wear hats throughout the Clubhouse.

General Guidelines

• Members and guests are asked to proceed to the Locker Rooms to change shoes or clothing. Changing in the parking lot is not permitted.
• Guest lockers are available for those needing storage for personal belongings.

By following these guidelines, members and guests help preserve the standards and traditions that make Virginia Country Club a distinguished and welcoming place.
